blocked email attachments

Al my incoming and outgoing email messages with attachements are blocked
(including *.doc files etc.). What is the cause and how do I fix this?

What version/SP of Outlook, and what kind of mail account?

Are absolutely *all* attachments being blocked? Outlook's security settings
don't do that - at least not on their own. Perhaps this is your mail server,
or antivirus program.
