Email is not a secure or guaranteed method. A message can
be lost accidentally on a server, or it may be deleted or
blocked for any number of reasons. Different ISPs have
different rules about number of email addresses allowed ,
blocked domains or such.
You may have even accidentally included a rule in Outlook
Express that blocks some of your own email.
Is it POP mail, IMAP mail, or HTTP mail?
