Blocked attachments

Outllook 2002 is blocking .zip attachments. I've gone into the registry and
added .zip extensions into the string value Level1Remove but it's still not
allowing me to recieve the attachments

Restart Outlook after making the change?

Are you stand-alone or corporate (read Exchange) user? (The Exchange gods
that be can force tougher settings that can cause client side registry keys
to be ignored.)

Yeah, I restarted Outlook with no change. Also, I am using exchange services
with exchange 5.5 but to my knowledge I don't have any attachments blocked on
the server side.
