Block Windows Live Messenger and Windows Messenger Traffic

Good Day,

Can anyone teach me how to block Windows Live Messenger & Windows Messenger Traffic by adding the rules in Zone Alarm Firewall?

I'm in LAN network, and all the PC is route to the gateway to get Internet access. And the firewall is installed in that gateway.
