Block Video & Audio Files Download In IE

I have a cyber cafe and i using now WinXP Pro all of my clients and the
Server, I also use ICS to sharing my Internet. Now I have a problem, I want
to block all type of video & audio file downloading without my permission
from my Server or individual client. Because it eat my lots of bandwidth.
Some of files play automaticaly in windows media player from their web sites,
I want to block them also. is it possible ???????????
Anyone can help me ?????????????????

I would suggest either a firewall/router device with blocking capability or
perhaps one of the free Linux firewall-device type distributions. Blocking
these files with nothing but XP will be difficult at best.
