block senders list

When i click on "remove" in the block senders list the
item is removed,when i come back to the list at a later
time it is back.
How do i remove it for good.Thank you.

There is no such thing a s a Block senders list in IE - are you talking
about something different?

it is in outlook express(tools-message rules-block senders list.
