Is there a registry hack that can block PST files from being used for an
outlook user? I know this can be set from the server as a policy.

any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Policy = registry setting in this case. You can check the registry value for any Office policy setting by opening the appropriate .adm file. (Outlk11.adm in this case.)

Sue,

In checking with the matrix that came along with the
Office-2003-SP1-ADMs-OPAs-and-Explain-Text.EXE, and was able to find where I
can deny the ability to install allow the personal folder service within
outlook profiles. this was listed under Outlook Corporate Mail Settings.
This is wonderful, but when i added the outlk11.adm file to my policy in
attempts to remove the pst service, i could not find the Outlook Corporate
Mail Settings subsection.
Are you sure this is in the outlk11.adm template? Is there another place I
should look?

Thanks!
