block booking in Outlook Calendar

Is it possible to easily enter a block time booking in Outlook Calendar, for
say, a holiday absence or training period.
This was always a useful feature within Lotus Organiser.
 
Whem entering an appointment, look to the top, just to the right of center,
and there is a drop down menu allowing you to mark the time as free, busy,
etc.
