block all mail from .biz

A means of blocking by domain extensions (.biz, .tv etc) would go a long ways
toward blocking spam. Nearly 30% of my spam comes from .biz

You could try filtering by text in the message header. Things like ".biz"
and ".tv" are pretty unique. Also, OL2003 also allows you to block messages
by country top-level domains & message encodings
