How can i blink the text in a Cell.

Many people find flashing text quite annoying, although I have no
particularly strong feelings one way or the other. Note also that some uses
of blinking text do not conform with the Rehabilitation Act Of 1973, since
blinking text (or any sort of blinking lights) may cause seizures in people
with epilepsy. All that said, I have code at
