What is the proper way to send an e-mail to multiple recipients
without exposing the
entire list to each recipient? I can put one address on the To line,
e.g., (e-mail address removed), and
then the rest on the BCC line, but then every one will receive an
e-mail addressed to Joe and
wonder why.

Aloha Ed,

Well, that is the proper way to do it. Otherwise you could try and mail-merge
e-mails to each individual or just send individual messages. The easy way
(and the way I do it when I need to) is just as you described.
