Hello, when I add bcc's to my outgoing mail the sent message only shows one
name. Does anyone know how to fix this. It would be very useful to see all
of the people's names that I have written to. Thanks so much.

BCC = Blind Carbon Copy. If you want the names to show, put them in the To
field. BCC is just doing its job of hiding addresses.

If you want to hide the addresses, but be able to see them yourself, do a
Ctrl+F3 in the Sent Items copy to view the addresses that you sent via BCC.

Thanks Bruce. That worked great. Mariyn

First enter the E mail addresses in the Contact group.......and then only
enter the nickname you assign to that address in the TO box.separated by a
comma?
Thanks for your help!
