The problem relates to just one word - it's not a huge issue.

"Specialism" comes up as an incorrect spelling, even though (it obviously
isn't and) it appears in the word thesaurus.

Specialism is a nonsense word, typically used in sentences such as,
'Specialism adds alpha to to my lifestyle.' or 'I am seeking closure with
my specialism.' Expunge 'specialism,' and replace it with speciality.

Or "specialty." My assumption was that "specialism" was a synonym for
"specialty" in the sense of the specialized area (of medicine, for example)
in which a specialist specializes.
