Blaster Worm

I have removed the blaster worm with the patch but I'm
getting a Remote Procedure Call when using the internet. I
did not change the setting intially & I'm unsure what i
should change the 1st, 2nd & subsequent failures back to.
Anyone any ideas

installing the patch does not remove the worm. go get one of the removal
tools and stop scanning the world.

The patch doesn't remove the blaster worm.
The microsoft patch makes you unable to get the blaster
worm.
You need to run the symantec tool to get rid of the worm
and you won't have this problem anymore.

About halfway down on that page, download FixBlast.exe and
run it.
