Immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Del, click Task Manager, and find any of these three files that may be present: MSBLAST.EXE PENIS32.EXE TEEKIDS.EXE If any is present, select it then click "End Process." Close Windows Explorer, run the edit on line 257 which includes the prompt for the patch once your system has been cleaned.
