they talked me through out to get rid of it . u have to
go to your Search and fine msblast.exe when u have found
it delete it from your pc it will end up in your recycle
bin .. then delete that .... make sure u have your
firewall on if u are using msn...... then go to
microsoft and download what they have. though i must
admit i cannot download it for somereason it wont allow
me to ....... good luck
