Did you perform the following steps?

First, install the Security Patch which is available here:

If you are unure if you really have installed this Patch then you can
download a Utility from MS which verifies if this specific Security Update
is installed. To get this free Utility go here:

Alternatively, you can get the free Retina RPC DCOM Vulnerability Scanner
from eEye Digital Security (you need to provide a valid Email address to
download it).

After having verified that the Patch is installed, scan your System with
your AV Program for the Worm (be sure to have the latest Virus definitions
loaded). Once the Worm is eliminated, restart your System and everything
should be running fine again.
