Blank Windows in XP

I am getting blank windows:
1. Outlook Express preview pane blank and when mail
message opened that's blank too.
2 My Norton Anti virus control panel is blank
3 System restore wizard window blank
4 Search utility doesn't seem to be searching

What is wrong, how do I sort it. HELP

What is wrong, how do I sort it. HELP

Check your color schemes. Most programs protect us from ending up with
white fonts on a white background but have seen it happen. Check display
settings and any font/background settings in each of the programs that are
giving you trouble.

Another suggestions: if using a third party theming program, revert to a
standard XP theme and then test those apps again to see if they will
display correctly.
