blank space before & after text in cell

I (a newbie) have created three pages in FP02 and FTP'd them to my Tripod site. Two of the pages look fine in FP and at Tripod. The third page, <pramshaw.tripod.com/Woodward/Woodward_Geo_D_1840-97_genA.html>, looks fine in FP but at Tripod, viewed via IE 6.0, there are large blank areas above and below the text in the main text cell.

Any suggestions on how to get rid (or greatly diminish) these blank areas? (I'd prefer fixing it in FP, it it can be fixed there, but I could also try doing so via Tripod's HTML editor.

Thanks much

Open the page in FrontPage. Place the mouse cursor at the bottom of the
blank area and then hit backspace.
When done, Save and publish.
