Blank print preview for restricted user

Internet Explorer 6.0
Windows XP Professional
Why would Print preview window show a blank page for any
user EXCEPT the Administrator? I've reinstalled printer
drivers several times, checked Internet options settings,
and searched other newsgroups. What is going here that I
can't put my finger on?
