Blank Pages

When going to some addresses,(PC has XP Pro, IE 6.0),
the page comes up completely blank. The bottom of the
screen shows "Done". The sites come up normally on my
other PC running Windows ME. Any suggestions?

We are having this problem with our web site and
I'mpretty sure that this is the problem:

The thing is I can't figure out how to get the hotfix
from MSFT. Do I really have to call them to get it?

If you feel you need that fix then call them. Just ask for the fix nothing
else and make sure that there will not be any charges.

Same problem with two pages for the last week. Given the
addresses to view only to find blank pages. PC has ME and
IE6. Pages come up on other PCs without a problem. Tried
many things...no help. Still looking for help.
