Each time that I call up a blank page in Word for writing , it comes up with
pre-printed material already on it. I can delete the material on the screen
but the formatting is fouled up for printing and whenever I try to get
another blank page, it comes up with the same pre-posted writing.

You apparently have a NORMAL.DOT template file with the prewritten
material.

Please repost your question in a Word newsgroup (scroll down the list
on the lower left of the screen if you're using the Web interface).
This newsgroup is for a different program, the database program
Microsoft Access. You'll get more expert help there.
