Blank Lines in Outlook Signature Block

When I reply to or forward an e-mail created in Plain Text
or Rich Text, my signature block has a blank line between
each signature block text line. Is there a workaround for
this?
 
Create a similar signature in RTF and/or Plain Text.

Your signature was probably created in HTML and these
don't format over as nicely.
