Blank labels when using Dymo labelwriter

I am trying to print a report to a Dymo Labelwriter printer. I could
print a label when I wrote the DB in Office 97 on a Win98 machine.
The printer was connected on a Win98 machine and it worked fine.
When I connect the printer on a Win2000 machine and I opened the file
on any other computer, exept the one where the printer is connected
to, I get blank labels.
When I print in Word everything works fine.
Any help would be great.

I would first check and obtain the appropriate driver from
the manufacturer. Maybe certain fonts do not substitute
correctly?

I've used the correct driver, because I can print in Word.
What diffents is that with Ms Access
