After installing WindowsBlinds demo I noticed a Blank Iexploer window
loading each time Vista restarts. How do I find out why and what is cause
the blank page to open? I have completely uninstalled Blinds and the page
still opens.
TIA

It might be a shortcut that was placed in the Start Up folder.

Click Start / All Programs / Start Up folder. If you see a shortcut to IE or
a URL link there, right click and delete the shortcut.

Try going to Start > msconfig > Startup and look for IExplore or anything
related to Internet. Don't disable items if you don't know what they are,
but if you see anything like IExplore or some leftover from WindowBlinds -
you could disable it and it might solve the problem.
