Blank Form

Hello
I have created a form from design view,it has text boxes
with labels for typical employee info. id#,(most
important) last name, first name, dept. etc.All of this
info is in my employee table.
I also have a end user menu screen with command button.
Click the button, enter the parameter value (id#)and I
get a BLANK screen. I am missing a step here. I should be
seeing that employee's info right?
Any ideas? Thanks to everyone.
