Blank Emails in my Inbox

Just recently I've been receiving completly blank emails in my inbox. I do
have several email accounts in my Outlook 2003, but even the To: is blank.
What could cause this and how do I stop it. I mean why would it show in my
inbox if its not addressed to anyone? I receive about 10 a day.

I can't ignore it. I don't want to have to delete it everytime. Also,
outlook cannot create a rule to put it in the junk email box. It says it has
to have a To: to create a rule.

It does not have to have a To in the box. It really does have something
there, but hidden from you. You can set up a rule that includes "where my
name is not in the To box." Turn on your Junk Mail Filter. It usually catches
these spammers. If you want to see the spammer info, click on View, Options
in the message.

You can create a rule to delete the message if the body does not contain
any of the characters 'a', 'b', 'c', 'd', etc.
