Blank Combo box lists

Ann

I have a form with three combo boxes. Two list Customer Name and Cost
Center. The row source for both are the tables. The third is a search by
Customer Name. Both the Customer and Cost Center tables are linked tables.

These work for 12 out of 13 people. One person has blank combo boxes when
they click the drop down. This person also has Access 2003 and all others
have 2002. Because of the different applications I had this person log on to
a PC that uses 2002 and one of the lists , Customer Name, was populated. The
other two, Customer Name Search and Cost Center were still empty. It does
seem like it has something to do with 2003 since prior to her upgrade she
didn't have this problem but why when she logged on using 2002 didn't they
all reappear? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
advance.

It seems you have already answered your own question.
Could be the Service Pack 3 bug.
See this link for details on the hotfix.
