Blank CD not recognized

The CD Writer Wizard keeps telling me to there is no disc in the burner,
although there is. I am using an I/O Magic 52x24x52 external burner.

I can not find the CD wizard anywhere to take a look at it.

PLEASE help! I have music to burn that I can no longer copy from original
sources!

Try Nero Info Tool to see if it's there.

Generally, when I have had an issue like this, it was because either

a) the media was faulty

b)the writer was no good/connected wrong

I am generally a fan of using NERO to burn most items.
