Blackberry-Synchro doesn't work after Windows-Update

Download of Windows-update to enable reading/opening of ".xlsx" and
".docx"-files

After this I can't synchronize my blackberry (8700g pro) anymore.

I deinstalled the "desktop manager" and downloaded from the blackberry-
site my "Version 4.1" again, but it doesn't work.
Even under "programms" and "software" I can't find the downloaded
version, only a "readme"-file.

How to get rid of this windows-bug?
What to do?
