Blackberry and Outlook 2003 - What is needed?

I think I want to purchase a Blackberry and use Outlook 2003 as my
calendar/contact manager. (I currently use a Treo 650 and ACT!, but I am
disappointed with ACT!. Sloooooooow. Plus, I want to use OneNote.)

Is there a place where I can go to see exactly what I would need to do? For
example, is there an Outlook version that loads on the Blackberry? Or, must
one use a "link"-type software application? What are the
limitations/benefits, etc.?

I searched this site, the Blackberry site, Microsoft Knowledge Base and
Google and haven't found a good source of information.

Thanks.

Blackberry has it's own email, calendar, and contact list program, you cannot
load anything different on it. You can synch those to outlook with the
cradle or cable.
