BLACK SCREEN AFTER XP RE-BOOTS

ANYONE HAD THEIR SCREEN GO BLACK AFTER XP COPIES THE
SETUP FILES TO THEIR HARDDRIVE. All I get to see is the
XP screen for a second and then the screen goes black,
but this is where it is supposed to continue setting up
windows for you!!!! I have tried this several times in
the past few days with the samething happening
everytime. Anyone have a clue as to what might be the
problem??????? Few free to email with an answer or your
thoughts on this matter!!!!!!!!!! BILL
