Black screen after resuming from hibernate.

I using HORM system on 1GB Compact Flash card (from Pretec). This system is
based on XP Embedded SP2.
My situation is following:
1. I hibernate system from my own application (EWF is on).
2. Shutdown system.
3. I switch on my computer (after few seconds) and resuming from hibernate
state correctly done. Then I shutdown system. This point I do repeatly for
example 3x.
4. When I switch on my computer after 3 hours the resuming from hibernate
fails -> black screen appears after loading memory from hiberfil.sys. I must
again hibernate system and after cca 3 hours the resume from hibernate state
again fails.

Is any idea for this (BIOS,CompactFlash)?

The problem is in XPe SP2 Evaluation Version (content of CF card is
unchanged). After resuming from hibernate state is checked date and time
(from creating hiberfil.sys). The exact time is not 3 hours but cca 5 or 6
hours. Why isn't 120 days???
