I have a user that wanted her machine wiped and re-loaded
with W2K. I told her to back everything up data-wise that
she wanted to keep. She did that and the reload of the
Operating System went fine; also reloading all of her
applications. However, when we try to restore her data,
the message is the .bkf is not usable, delete and select
another file! We can't delete it---it's all her data!!!
It was backed up with W2K backup and we are attempting the
restore with the same exact program. Any
ideas/suggestions would be great....
