Bitmap Gets Flipped Over

I have a Vendor who sends me my invoices via e-mails in an Excel
spreadsheet. In the upper left corner of the spreadsheet is their logo. When
I open the spreadsheet, the logo is flipped 180 degrees horizontally. To
correct, I ahve to click on the logo and drag the handle from either right
or left to the opposite end to flip the logo to its original orientation. Do
any of you ahve any ideas as why this is occuring and what can be done to
stop it.

You'll have to get a patch from MS. Then a little registry editting.
