Bitlocker Issues

Am having serious issues installing bit locker on a sony sz3 laptop.
The laptop has a 1.2 tpm (by infineon) and is partitioned as per ms
instructions 1.5 plus rest for system.
Running ultimate 32-bit.
The bit locker checker restarts and i get a pre os screen informing me that
the boot info has changed since bitlocker was started! Have removed all
options in bios for anything to boot other than hdd.
This is driving me nuts, any ideas?

Thanks

Jamie

Please let me know if you have a fix. I am having the EXACT same issue with
my Sony VGN-SZ120P/B with an Infineon TPM chip that TPM services says hosts a
version 1.2 TPM. I have disabled BitLocker, nuked the TPM in the BIOS,
re-enabled it, used TPM services to take ownership of it and initialize it,
and re-enabled BitLocker. It still gives me the same pre-OS screen you are
seeing, requiring the 40-digit recovery password in order to boot.

I'm not sure if this is Infineon, Sony, or Microsoft's fault, or a
combination.
