I was asking about it too a couple of weeks ago.
I got 1 reply, the guy said it slowed his system down to a crawl.

Bitdefender is running on four W2K machines in one of my customers
office. Up to now we had no problems with it. Performance is good, up to
now nobody complained. Recognition is quite good AKAICT.
