A small majority is turning this NG into a farce (my comments of last night
did not help--but I can apologize).

The rest of the trolls are making this a source if mis-information, save the
few with tried and proven track records. Try it yourself it's most
gratifying. I don't *need* accolades from MVP types to know when a job is
well down. Contrary to what some think, the MVP programs is *not* a mutual
admiration society. Do some digging and you'll find out. *They don't
always agree*--get it!

Manny, I couldn't agree with you more. If these people spent more time and
energy into giving good advice instead of back biting at each other, then
the newsgroups would be a far better place. In the end people come to these
newsgroups for one reason only 'to get an answer to problem' nothing more
nothing less. All that the back biting is doing is letting down those users
who are so desperate to find an answer to their problem.
