Biostar MB dead post error FF?

Biostar NF325-A7 Dead?

I had posted here several weeks back about this biostar MB not booting up
with a AMD 3400 mobile. I then got a AMD septron 2600 and the board booted
fine. It had been running OK for the last 2 weeks when all of a sudden while
my daughter was using it she got blue screen of death.
I did a cold boot and it stopped at the biostar splash screen and went no
farther. I then started it up with just the ram and video card and got
nothing. Took out ram no beeps. The same with the video card out. Put in my
post up card and I get FF. Is this board dead?

ever use the 3400 in something else? did it work elsewhere? If not I would stop putting
CPUs in that board of death.
