If a bug is found in, for example, BIOS version 1, BIOS version 2 will
include the fix and any enhancements; BIOS version 3 will include all of the
fixes/features in version 2, plus fixes/features of its own... etc.

Once a later update is installed, there is no record etc of any
previous updates so there is no benefit whatsoever in installing any
