bios boo-boo !! blonde blunders big time... (again)

ok

i'm running win2000 pro (or at least i was...)
i hit the del button during boot up to access setup even
though i was repeatedly warned not to (due to previous
blonde blunders)
so i was just dinking around in there and i opted to
create a password

now, when i boot up it wants my password which is fine,
except i type in my password and it won't accept it.
i KNOW i'm blonde, but i KNOW which password i told it and
the damn thing just hates me!

i need help, and i have less than 5 hours to fix this
thing, or i'll be another blonde in the unemployment line -
PLEASE HELP!!!

again go into the bios on any computer anywhere for as
