Bind error forces reboot

My Windows 2000 Professional (sp4) mysteriously reboots
(intermittently), usually just after loging in with a
username/password. The following message is in the event
log....

The server could not bind to the transport
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{1C514455-9222-4DE6-BDF7-DC5F593A37C5}.

The computer is on a home network, and does not seem to be
showing any other syptomns.

Any Advice ?
