Hi There, First time here. I know nothing about the works of a computer,
except to to go to ebay, list auctions or buy..Approx. 2 weeks ago my
computer I tried entering the ebay site, a page came up saying cannot find
server, this started the mess..I can get to ebay home page, look @ auctions,
email support but when it comes to my personal ebay information, I get
cannot find server. I cannot get to the sign in page to come up even by
clicking on My ebay, absolutely no way to open my account. I cannot change
my id or password.I went to my daughters computer & was able to get into my
ebay & all my info,so I don't think it the problem pertains to ebay.. I have
contacted my isp, verizon, Nothing worked, ebay support which Nothing
helped, they said my account is fine.Then I called dell, what a joke. When I
did what they said to do, plus 1 1/2 hrs later, I was told to find my dell
starter cd & they would call back in an 2 hrs., Well they didn't. I think
between the 3 my computer has worsen. I have No idea what they had me
doing..Your my last hope. Also, I am unable to download xp pack 2, I cannot
do this manually either..Please, Please help. I ready to throw this thing
