Big Text in Internet Explorer...

A Windows XP Pro workstation has big text in IE...Changing 'View' > 'Text Size' to something smaller (or larger) doesn't appear to
be working. It's like the setting is stuck on 'Large' even when you specify 'Medium'. I have re-installed IE 6 to try and fix the
problem - Didn't work. I have tried all the 'normal' things as well. What could be causing the problem!?

Deleted all Tempory Internet Files, Cookies, History - Rebooted - Still not working. Did the sfc scan. Don't know what it did, but
still not working. Any other ideas?
