Big mouse pointer size in Excel

Any body know how to change the mouse pointer size (the +
pointer) in Excel ? I don't know why in one client's PC,
its mouse pointer is bigger than normal, is it some kind
of installation problem?

Go to Start SEttings Control Panel SEttings Mouse and you should be able to do
some changes there

I have tried but the Control Panel mouse setting just
apply to generic Windows mouse pointer but not application
specific mouse pointer like when you put the mouse pointer
on a cell of Excel, the bold "+" white pointer can't be
change.
