Big Icons

Ive just logged on to my laptop and everything seems to be alot bigger all my
icons are bigger the login menu is bigger...Ive tried adjusting my settings
and done a system recovery but its still the same.. Help

Have you tried increasing your resolution?

Start > Control Panel > Display > Settings > (increase screen resolution one
notch, click Apply)

If it still appears bigger, keep increasing the notch.
