Is There Anyone Out There Who Can Help?????

I Have A Friends Laptop On Loan, And This Morning When I Tried To Us
It, It Said That Windows Couldn't Start As There Were Corrupt Files
Files Were Missing.
It Suggested Reloading The Startup Disc, But This Won't Complete
Saying Error 4.
The Two Items Listed Are
System32\drivers\ntfs.sys
System32\drivers\iaspnp.sys


This Means Nothing To Me As I Am Not Particualry Good With Computers
Can Anyone Help? What Can I Do To Rectify This Problem???

Hmm...
You know, it seems like you have a virus.
So you need some recovering software that could be boot from DOS.
Or another contra way - make fresh Windows install.
