Unless you are using something other than APA do not fill in the information
for the Web page as this is added to the citing. This, according to the APA
Electronic style makes the citing incorrect.
as in
John, D. (2008, March). XXXXX web page name. Retrieved DATE, from Web site
name, URL
The web site name is not required.

I guess it depends. If the "website" is a wiki, a bibliography from a
web site, a set of lecture notes, ... then the website name would be
required by APA.

This inconsistency is just another sad example of reference style
creators being out of touch with reality. The only difference between
a wiki page and a web page is probably the definition of the markup
(<b>something bold</b> versus *something bold*). The content can be
exactly the same. So why on earth would a reference to the two be
formatted differently ...
