Assuming you are talking about the result of the Word 2007 bibliography
tools, you can use the MsoBibliography style which is normally automatically
assigned to your bibliography.
Once a bibliography is inserted, a style called 'Bibliography' (or a
translated localized version of that word) will be available in your list
with styles (ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+S). You can tweak that style to your
preferences. If your bibliography gets updated later on, your modified
'Bibliography' style will be used.
