BETA: Tasks pane no longer works after technical refresh

Hi,

I updated Office 2003 Beta 2 yesterday with the new
technical refresh. Now Outlook's tasks pane no longer
works - Outlook just keeps flashing the task list, stops
responding and eats up all available CPU time AND memory.
It doesn't crash completely, however.

Anybody have similar experiences? Is there a fix?

Maybe I should try reinstalling Office 2k3 without the
technical refresh...

best regards,
Jussi

It seems I was a bit hasty. I let the computer do work for
about ten minutes and the task list did open eventually.

At this point, Outlook consumed about 550 megs of memory.
I shut Outlook, executed it again and switched to Tasks
pane. To my surprise it opened immediately!

However, Active Tasks -view does not still display tasks
correctly and Simple List -view does not display any
tasks. After switching to tasks, the memory consumption
jumps from 20 megs to 103 megabytes... A lot of memory for
a small e-mail and collaboration client.
